With a deep love for media, music, and entertainment, she has always been passionate about storytelling and creative expression. Over the years, this passion evolved into her role as an entrepreneur, where she now leads innovative ventures that shape the future of the creative industries.\n\nBeyond her artistic pursuits, Sonam is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurship and fostering women-led workspaces. As the founder of Sozart Creative, she leads a vibrant women-led team that champions innovation, strategic insight, and artistic vision. Her space is not only about creativity but also about building a supportive environment that nurtures female leadership, encourages collaboration, and amplifies women\u2019s voices within the industry. She believes that empowering women is essential for driving sustainable change and inspiring the next generation of women to lead boldly.\n\nHer love for media, music, and entertainment runs deep, she has a passion for shaping the future of these worlds through creative expression and storytelling. She has also founded a record label and a production house, working to develop and promote innovative talent and content in the music and entertainment industries.\n\nSonam is actively committed to social impact and advocacy, working to raise awareness around mental health, cancer, and community upliftment. She is a certified learning facilitator for the differently-abled and has been honored at the Women in the World Summit, recognized among India\u2019s top 20 women for her contributions to the arts and social causes.\n\nA key focus of her work is personal branding; she pioneered psychometric-based strategies, developing a comprehensive questionnaire during the pandemic to help individuals and brands craft authentic identities. This innovative approach has established her as a thought leader at the intersection of psychology and branding, elevating talent and influence.\n\nAdditionally, Sonam plays a prominent role in expanding the creative industry landscape through her involvement with the UK-based Creative Industry Awards (CIA). She currently serves as an advisor for Sphear, a Web 3.0 music streaming platform, and will also serve as Sphear\u2019s Indian arm, empowering local artists and creators to leverage cutting-edge technology and showcase their talent on a global stage.\n\nHer work has received international recognition, including the prestigious Crea GLOBAL Award, celebrating her entrepreneurial spirit, humanitarian efforts, and advocacy for social causes.
